四川省双流县免费婚前医学检查实验室结果分析

目的：为了解本地婚龄青年健康情况，以采取有效的干预。方法：对前来婚姻登记人员进行丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）、梅毒、HIV、血液常规以及小便常规和女性阴道分泌物（白带）检查。结果：该人群异常结果检出率35．59％（2015／5662），其中ALT升高15．08％，HBsAg阳性9．68％，梅毒9例（0．16％），HIV阳性4例（0．07％），贫血156例（2．76％），小便异常420例（7．42％），女性阴道分泌物异常226例（8．04％），其中滴虫21例，霉菌74例，无滴虫、霉菌清洁度大于Ⅱ131例。结论：婚龄青年健康状况不乐观，应采取措施提高婚检率。对查出疾病积极治疗，对高危人员进行积极干预。

Analysis on the Results of the Lab for Free Premarital Medical Examination in Shuangliu of Sichuan

Objective： To find out the health condition of the local people at rnarrigeable ages. Methods： To make tests on ALT, HbsAg, Syphilis, HIV and so on to those who come for the marrige registration. Results： The rate of inregular results is 35. 59% （2015/5662）, among which the rates of ALT, HbsAg, Syphilis and HIV are 15.08%, 9. 68%, 0. 16% and 0.07%. Conclusion： We should take some measures to raise the rate of premarital medical examination and intervene with those high-dangered people.
