咳喘灵对实验性豚鼠哮喘模型支气管——肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞Fas-mRNA及bcl2-mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:研究咳喘灵对实验性豚鼠哮喘模型支气管—肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞凋亡基因Fas-mRNA及bc l2-mRNA表达的影响。方法:按文献造模,将豚鼠随机分哮喘模型组、强的松组、中药组、空白对照组。用原位杂交法检测治疗前后各组豚鼠支气管—肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞Fas-mRNA、bc l2-mRNA的表达,用HPIAS-1000彩色病理图文分析系统进行分析。全部数据使用SPSS10.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:中药组与强的松组均较空白对照组及哮喘模型组豚鼠支气管—肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞Fas-mRNA表达显著增多;bc l2-mRNA表达显著减少,P<0.05;中药组较强的松组Fas-mRNA表达显著增多,P<0.05。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influence and action mechanism of the "Kechuan Ling" on the Fas-mRNA expressionand bcl2-mRNA expression of the experimental asthma guinea-pig.Methods: According to the previous documents,in this study all guinea-pigs were randomly divided into the four groups,namely asthma model group,Prednisone group,"Kechuang Ling" group and normal control group.Fas-mRNA and bcl2-mRNA expression in the Eosinophils counts in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid every group were respectively measured with the method immunohistochemistry anddetermined by means of in situ blotting.Its results were analyzed using colour-pathological image analysis system.The statistical analysis of all obtained data was performed on computer by the SPSS 11.0 statistics software.Results:Fas-mRNA expression in the guinea-pig bronchovesicular Eosinophils of both "Kechuang Ling" group and Prednisone group increased more significantly than that of both normal control group and asthma model group(P<0.05) and correspondingly bcl2-mRNA expression decreased more significantly(P<(0.05)).Fas-mRNA expression of "Kechuang Ling" group increased more significantly than that of Prednisone group(P<0.05).
