南宁市中学生与大学生艾滋病知识抽样调查分析

目的:了解南宁市在校中学生、大学生艾滋病知识情况及获得途径,为今后进一步开展学校艾滋病健康教育提供指导依据。方法:采取整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取南宁市10所中学和高校的311名学生作为调查对象,由学生自填问卷的方式进行回答,调查员给予督导。结果:艾滋病基本知识的总体知晓率为95.82%,其中初中生为92.13%、高中生为97.85%、大学生为98.9%。学生总体对艾滋病的血液、母婴传播途径知晓率较高,均在98.71%以上;初中生、高中生群体对与性伴发生性行为问题的知晓率较低,分别为71.43%及77.42%。获得艾滋病知识的主要途径是学校的教育、电视、工作单位(社区组织、学校等)组织的宣传活动。结论:应结合不同学生群体的年龄、心理特点,继续利用以学校教育、媒体宣传等有利手段,持续开展好学校的防治艾滋病知识教育工作,不断普及学生群体的艾滋病防治知识水平。

Using Cluster Sample Surveying to Assess Current AIDS Knowledge Among Junior and Senior High and University Students in Nanning

Objective：To understand the status of information about AIDS known by pupil and undergraduate student in Nanning,offer directional evidence to further education on AIDS in schools.Methods：Adopt cluster random sampling method to random sampling 311 students in 10 middle high schools in Nanning,students replied by filling out questionnaires supervised by investigators.Results： The overall rate of AIDS basic knowledge is 95.82%,the rate of junior students is 92.13%,senior students is 97.85%,undergraduates is 98.9%.The transmission awareness is quite high at 98.71% with regards to AIDS transmission via the blood and maternal-neonatal routes,awareness in junior school students and senior school students about the sexual route of AIDS transmission is lower,71.43% and 77.42% respectively.The way to get students get information on AIDS is primarily from school,TV and programming organized by work units.Conclusions：It is necessary to keep improving education about AIDS on campus and spread knowledge on AIDS in the student population with regards to different age groups and psychological characteristics in student populations.
