膨体聚四氟乙烯用于组织工程支架材料的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究膨体聚四氟乙烯材料作为组织工程用细胞外支架的可能性。方法:将进口膨体聚四氟乙烯人工血管植入动物体内及与动物膀胱粘膜上皮细胞在体外共培养,组织学观察机体对材料的反应及联合培养物的情况,并在扫描电镜下观察联合培养物内表面的情况。结果:人工血管植入体内后,3天组织液即可渗透管壁,6天炎细胞可穿过管壁;可见膀胱粘膜上皮细胞在人工血管内壁生长。结论:膨体聚四氟乙烯在表面处理后可以作为组织工程细胞外支架材料。

Abstract:Objective To study possibility of expanded polytetrafluorethylene(ePTFE)used for tissue engingeering. Methods The ePTFE artificial vessel was implanted subcutaneously and cultured with hare bladder epithelium in vitro. The implanted artificial vessel was examined histologically and the cultured complex was examined histologically and ultramicrostructurally. Results Tissue fluid could infiltrate the implanted artificial vessel wall in three days after operation, and inflammation cells would penetrate the wall in six days after operation. The bladder epithelium could be seen on the wall of the ePTFE artificial vessel. Conclusion ePTFE could be used as tissue engineering scaffold after surface modified.
