PCR法与荧光定量PCR法在人巨细胞病毒检测中的作用比较

目的 比较常规PCR法与荧光定量RCR（RQ-PCR）法在人巨细胞病毒（HCMV）检测中的作用，寻找更适合于HCMV检测的方法。方法 构建携带CMV-DNA的标准质粒，利用常规PCR技术及FQ-PCR技术分别对不同稀释度的标准质粒进行检测。结果 FQ-PCR法对HCMV，标准质粒检测的灵敏度及线性范围均显著高于常规RCR法。结论 RCP法比常规PCR法更适合HCMV病毒的检测。

Comparing the methods of PCR with fluorogenic quantitative PCR in the detection of HCMV

Objective To search the better molecular biology method in the detection of HCMV by comparing the role of common PCR with Fluorogenic Quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR).Methods To construct the standard plasmid carrying HCMV-DNA; PCR and FQ-PCR techniques were used to detect the plasmid with different dilution. Results The sensitivity and range of detection of FQ-PCR method was much higher than that of common PCR technique. Conclusion FQ-PCR technique is better for the detection of HCMV than common PCR technique.
