| 摘 要： | 目的观察、分析影响鼻窦炎内窥镜手术后疗效的相关因素。方法对79例鼻窦炎患者进行内窥
镜手术及随访观察。结果一期治愈率45.6％，延期治愈率40.5％，迁延型炎症11.4％，无效为2.5％，结论
手术中操作技巧，既往手术史，术中出血及过敏体质，术前准备，术后随访及处理等均可影响手术效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the correlative factors that affect the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery. Method:
79 patients with nasal sinuses were operated and followed up. Result:The cure rate was 45.6% at one stage,40.5% at
late stage and the deferred inflammation was 11.4%, the failure rate was 2.5%. Conclusion: Surgical mechanics, the
past operation,bleeding, anaphylaxis habitus, preparation before surgery, regular follow- up and postoperative treatment
are thought to be related with the effect of surgery. |
