| 摘 要： | 用彩色多普勒超声血流显像配合阴茎海绵体内血管活性药物注射（ＩＣＩ），观察３６例阴茎勃起功能障碍患者双侧阴茎海绵体动脉收缩期峰血流速度（ＰＳＶ）、舒张末期血流速度（ＥＤＶ）及阻力指数（ＲＩ）。结果表明：（１）１１例患者做ＩＣＩ前用彩色多普勒超声不能测出上述指标；（２）２５例在ＩＣＩ前测得ＰＳＶ、ＥＤＶ参数与３６例ＩＣＩ后ＰＳＶ、ＥＤＶ参数有显著性差异。本文并对多普勒超声在诊断血管性ＥＤ的价值及可能发生的误差进行讨论。

| Abstract: | In order to observe Peak Systolic Velocity(PSV),End Diastolic Velocity(EDV) and Resistive Index(RI),we used color dopplersonography and ICI simultaneously, cavernosogram technique were used in 3 cases.Results indicated:(1)11 cases were unable to get the data aforementioned before ICI;(2) There were statistically significance in PSV,EDV between 25 cases before ICI and 36 cases after ICI;The author discussed the value and the possibility of doppler sonography in the diagnosis of vasaculogenic erectile dysfunction. |
