健康教育对脂肪肝患者的影响

目的:通过健康教育,建立脂肪肝患者合理的饮食习惯和良好的生活方式,从而达到有效控制脂肪肝的目的。方法:2004年10月~2005年10月对福田区年度干部体检中经B超诊断为脂肪肝的患者进行疾病知识教育,饮食结构、运动及科学生活方式指导。结果:健康教育后1年,病人体重、血脂、脂肪肝较教育前明显好转,疾病知识、饮食、运动知识较教育前掌握好。教育前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可以明显改善病人饮食结构和生活方式,使脂肪肝患者痊愈、好转。

Effect of health education on improvement of fatty liver

Objective To observe the influence of health education on fatty liver by rebuilding rational diet habit and favourable life-style. Method Health education including medical knowledge,guidance to diet,exercise and life-style were carried out on those who were found to have fatty liver by mode-B ultrasound scanning in routine civil servants medical check-up of Futian District from October 2004 to October 2005.Results After one year of health education,body weights,blood lipid and fatty livers of the patients were improved remarkably with statistical difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The patients understood better about medical knowledge,rational diet and exercise(P<0.01). Conclusion Health education can change the diet structure and life style of fatty liver patients and improve fatty liver condition.
