| 摘 要： | 目的:观察紫草素对兔耳增生瘢痕组织中VEGF亚型mRNA表达的影响。方法:建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,3周后将瘢痕随机分为给药组和模型组,给药组外用紫草素治疗,每日2次,持续24d。术后45d,测量各组兔耳瘢痕组织的厚度,以HE染色进行组织学观察,采用RT-PCR分析瘢痕组织中VEGF亚型mRNA的表达。结果:术后45d给药组与模型组比较,给药组增生性瘢痕厚度减少;组织学观察,给药组中微血管和成纤维细胞较少,胶原纤维减少,排列较整齐;与模型组比较,给药组中VEGF121、VEGF165、VEGF189 mRNA的表达也明显降低。结论:紫草素能抑制瘢痕组织微血管的形成、VEGF亚型的表达及瘢痕增生。
