| 摘 要： | 中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病有其特色和优势,阐述了慢阻肺急发多由外感六淫所致,病机多与肺失宣降,肺气上逆有关,根据其热证类型多有相类之处,临床中多分为风热、湿热、痰热和燥热四个证型进行辨治。 |

| Abstract: | Method of TCM is efficacious in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).It is usually due to an invasion by Six environment excess,which leads to lung qi stagnation.In TCM,Heat pattern can be divided into four types:wind-heat,damp-heat,dryness-heat and phlegm-heat. |
