阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与脂代谢紊乱的关系

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与脂代谢紊乱的关系。方法检测55例OSAHS男性患者(OSAHS组)与52名男性体检者(对照组)血脂水平差异比较。对OSAHS组内身高体重指数(BMI)、呼吸紊乱指数(RDI)与血脂指标进行相关分析。结果OSAHS组空腹时总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。OSAHS组中重度患者的TC与RDI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论OSAHS并发脂代谢紊乱,重度OSAHS是引起胆固醇升高的重要因素。

The relationship between obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea sydrome and lipid metabolic disturbance

Objective To explore the relationship between the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and lipid metabolic disturbance. Methods The leves of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were detected in 55 male OSAHS patients and 52 male healthy people.The correlation analysis of body mass index(BMI), respiratory disturbance index(RDI) of OSAHS and serum lipids was also acheived. Results The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in patient with OSAHS were significantly higher than those in male healthy people(P<0.05).The level of HDL-C in patient with OSAHS were significantly lower than that in healthy people(P<0.05).The level of TC in patients with OSAHS had positive correlation with RDI(P<0.05). Conclusions The abnormality on blood lipids in OSAHS is a complication which is one of the main factors leading to lipid metabolic disturbance in serious OSAHS cases.
