| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺腺肌上皮瘤的临床及病理组织学特征。方法:应用光镜结合免疫组化标记对3例乳腺腺肌上皮瘤进行临床病理分析,同时复习相关文献。结果:3例均发生于女性,年龄26~49岁,平均30岁,3例均为良性,镜下见肿瘤由腺上皮和肌上皮两种成分构成,以肌上皮增生为主,多为梭形、透明肌上皮细胞。腺上皮表达CK 18、EM A,肌上皮表达SM A、S-100、p63。结论:乳腺腺肌上皮瘤是一种少见而独特的良性肿瘤,由腺上皮和肌上皮共同增生而成。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical and pathological features of adenomyoepithelioma of breast.Methods:Three cases of breast adenomyoepithelioma were studied by microscopy and immunohistochemistry,with review of related literature.Result:These cases were all female aging from 26 to 49 years,with an average ages of 30 years and all were benign.The tumor had distinct components of adenoepithelial and myoepithelial cells by microscopy,with the main structures derived of spindle and transparent myoepithelioma cells... |
