申请企业医保补助人员慢性病患病情况分析

目的 描述大连市2004年申请企业医保补助人员3种慢性病(高血压病、糖尿病、冠心病)的流行病学特征。方法 按随机抽样的原则,从大连市申请企业医保补助人员体检资料中随机抽出13000份,采用SPSS 11.5统计软件对体检结果进行分析。结果 单纯1种慢病时,高血压病的检出率最高,达37.82%,多种慢性病并发时,以高血压病并发糖尿病的检出率最高,达25.37%。高血压与糖尿病的并发症检出率差异有统计学意义。结论 申请企业医保人员的慢性病及其并发症的检出率存在差异,应重点针对企业医保人群开展慢病预防与控制工作。

Analysis on chronic diseases of people applying for enterprise medical insurance

Objective To investigate the epidemiologic feature of chronic disease of the people who applied for enterprise medical insurance in Dalian in 2004.Methods 13 000 people who applied for enterprise medical insurance were investigated by randomization,then assembled their clinical data and results of health examination,took the result into database,and did analysis by SPSS11.5 software.Results Hypertension had the max detection rate in the simple chronic disease,which detection rate was 37.82%.The detection rate of hypertension together with diabetes was 25.37%,and it was the max detection rate in multi-chronic disease.The prevalence of complication had significant deviation between diabetes and hypertension.Conclusion The detection rate of chronic disease and their complication was disparity in the people who applied for enterprise medical insurance.Precaution and manipulation work should be evolved by emphazing reference supply for enterprise medical insurance work in Dalian.
