福州市中小学生营养状况调查

对福州市7～18岁中小学生6003名进行营养状况调查，结果显示存在营养过剩和营养不良两个极端现象，超重率为5．90％，肥胖率为3．46％，城市学生高于乡村学生，男生高于女生。营养不良率为31．35％（绝大多数为轻度营养不良），乡村学生高于城市学生，女生高于男生。提示应积极采取预防措施。

An Investigation on Nutritional Status of Schoolchildren in Fuzhou

The survey of nutritional status of schoolchildren between 7 and 18 years of age in Fuzhou in 1995 showed that the rates of overweight and obesity were 5 .9% and 3 .46%, for city students and boys were higher than country students and girls respectively. The rate of malnutrition was 31. 35 %, the country students and girls had a higher rate than the city students and boys, most of them suffered from mild malnutrition.
