肝细胞癌患者外周血中血管内皮生长因子的表达及其临床意义

目的　探讨外周血中血管内皮生长因子 (sVEGF)在肝细胞癌 (HCC)生长转移中的作用。方法　应用ELISA法对3 4例HCC患者与肝硬化 (HP)及慢性活动性肝炎 (CAP)患者外周血中VEGF的表达作定量研究。结果　HCC患者sVEGF的含量显著高于肝硬化和慢性活动性肝炎者 (P <0 .0 1) ;肿瘤包膜不完整 (或无包膜 )者和有癌栓者sVEGF表达水平分别显著高于有包膜者和无癌栓者 (P <0 .0 1) ;肿瘤直径与sVEGF含量虽无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但总体呈上升趋势。结论　VEGF在HCC生长转移中起着重要作用 ,而sVEGF可作为HCC生长转移较好的无创伤性预测指标

Expression of Serum VEGF in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To study the role of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(sVEGF) in the angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The serum VEGF were studied by ELISA in 34 patients with HCC and controled patients with Hepatocirrhosis(HP) and Chronic active hepatosis(CAH).Results Compared with HP and CAH,sVEGF concentration was significantly higher in patients with HCC(P<0.01).And the expression of sVEGF in the patients with pv-emboli or with poor-encapsulated tumors was significantly higher than those without pv-emboli tumors(P<0.01).Although there was no evident difference in sVEGF concentration between tumors of different size,sVEGF had an increased tendency. Conclusion VEGF plays an important role in the angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis in HCC.sVEGF concentration can be a better marker for predicting the angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of HCC.
