腹腔镜下无张力腹股沟疝修补术的围手术期护理

目的：探讨腹腔镜下无张力腹股沟疝修补术的护理效果，提高患者的生活质量。方法：对入住我院的84例行腹股沟疝修补术的患者在术前和术后做好针对性的护理工作，并根据患者具体情况在术前实施适当的心理护理，术后做好并发症的护理。治疗结束后分析疗效，总结护理经验。结果：1例患者发生术后出血，经处理后得到控制，最后所有患者均顺利康复。结论：腹腔镜下无张力腹股沟疝修补术创伤小、恢复快、复发率低，是一种较为理想的手术方式。而合适的护理方式是手术效果的重要保证，因此护理人员要针对患者的具体情况，实施确实有效的护理措施，以促进患者的康复。

Perioperation nursing of patients with tension-free inguinal hernia repair surgery in laparoscope

Objective ：To explore the nursing effect of tension -free inguinal hernia repair surgery in laparoscope, and improve the life quality of patients. Methods ： 84 cases of patients with tension - free inguinal hernia repair surgery in laparoscope in our hospital for treatment were applied with targeted nursing before and after surgery. According to the special condition of patients, psychological nursing were used before surgery and complicating disease were con- trolled after surgery. When treatment finished, effect were analyzed and nursing experiences were summarized. Resuhs：l case occurred postoperative bleed- ing and was controlled in time, all patients recovered and were discharged from hospital at last. Conclusion ： Because of the character of few wound, fast re- covery and low recurrence rate, tension - free inguinal hernia repair surgery in laparescope is a relfftively better surgery method. The proper nursing method is the important guarantee for the surgery effect, so it needs to carry out effective nursing measure based on the special condition, and promote the recovery of the patients.
