| 摘 要： | 目的:评价旋覆代赭汤加味治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:80例反流性食管炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例口服旋覆代赭汤加味汤剂4周,对照组40例采用奥美拉唑口服4周。观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为92.5%;对照组临床总有效率为75%,经统计学处理,总有效率有显著性差异。结论:旋覆代赭汤加味治疗反流性食管炎具有明显的临床疗效。
