| 摘 要： | 目的 了解飞行人员原发性T波异常的发生情况及其临床和心电图特点。方法 对近 6年来入院疗养飞行人员的原发性T波异常 1 96例进行回顾性分析。结果 1 96例原发性T波异常者 3 6%为病理性 ,86 2 %为功能性 ,1 0 2 %属正常变异。结论 现役飞行人员的原发性T波异常绝大多数属功能性T波异常 ,预后良好 ,一般不影响飞行。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the take place condition and the clinical and electrocardiogram (ECG) characteristics of the abnormal primary T wave in pilots. Methods A retrospective anatysis of the abnormal primary T wave in 196 pilots during recuperation. Results Among abnormal primary T wave of 196 cases, the pathologic was 3.6%, function was 86.2%, normal variation was 10.2%. Conclusion Abnormal primary T wave in pilots was function in majority, the prognosis was fond of it, It is no effect on pilots make fly under usual conditions. |
