| 摘 要： | 国内至今研制成功的六种单价抗蛇毒血清中尚无抗眼镜王蛇毒血清。眼镜王蛇伤在所有毒蛇伤中占的比例虽低，但其死亡率极高。本文收集9例危重眼镜王蛇伤患者的治疗并结合部份基础研究，对眼镜王蛇伤患者合用抗眼镜蛇毒血清、抗银环蛇毒血清治疗的疗效作一分析，证实抗眼镜蛇毒血清与抗银环蛇毒血清合用治疗眼镜王蛇伤疗效较佳。

| Abstract: | Six Kinds antivenom blood serum except antivenom of ophiophagus hannah have been successfully researched at home. Though the rate of harm of ophiophagus hannah is rather low, the mortality rate is very high. In the treatment nine severe bitten by ophiophagus hannah, together with basic research, we have got the evidence that combining use with both antivenom of naja naja atra and antivenom of bungarus is the best treatment. |
