HRCT在颅底骨折诊断中的价值

目的：对比常规CT扫描与高分辨CT（high-resolution CT，HRCT）扫描在颅底骨折诊断中的作用，探讨HRCT在颅底骨折诊断中的价值。方法：对具有明显的颅底骨折症状的135例病例采用GE Hispeed NX／i系列双螺旋CT扫描机，先CT常规扫描（层厚层间距5mm），然后进行HRCT扫描，并就结果对比分析。结果：135例颅底骨折中HRCT显示骨折线105例，CT常规扫描显示骨折线69例，二者比较差异非常显著。结论：HRCT扫描法能大幅提高颅底骨折的诊断率。
