腹腔镜下阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术效果比较

目的对比研究阑尾炎患者实施腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术的临床效果,并进行总结分析。方法回顾性分析我院2012年2月～2013年2月收治的120例阑尾炎患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,各60例。实验组实施腹腔镜切除术,对照组实施传统的开腹手术治疗。对比两组手术时间、出血量、恢复时间、手术并发症,总结临床效果。结果实验组具有良好的临床效果。相比对照组恢复较快,且手术时间、出血量、抗生素的使用时长对比均有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎具有良好的临床效果,其优点为手术视野清晰、出血量少、住院时间短、恢复快且并发症少,值得临床推广。

Comparison of the Effect of Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Tra-ditional Appendectomy

Objective To study and summary the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendicitis and traditional open surgery. Methods 120 cases of appendicitis patients in our hospital from Febru- ary 2012 to February 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, each group with 60 cases, the control group was treated with laparoscopic resection, the experi- mental group was treated with traditional open surgery. Two sets of final data were compared, in- cluding the operation time, blood loss, recovery time, complications, and clinical effect were sum- marized. Results Patients in experimental group after the implementation of laparoscopic surgery had good clinical effect. Compared with the control group, patients＇ recovery was faster, and the length of the operation time, blood loss, length of time of using antibiotics had statistical signifi- cance. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery had good clinical effect, it had the advantages of more clear field, less blood loss, shorter hospitalization time, more rapid recovery and fewer complica- tions, therefore, it was worth clinical promotion.
