破瘀抗栓颗粒治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨破瘀抗栓颗粒治疗急性脑梗死属血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将急性脑梗死患者属血瘀证者88人随机分为2组,2组均用西医常规治疗及丹参注射液。治疗组在以上基础上加用破血化瘀抗栓药物,疗程均为3周。结果:2组在临床症状、神经功能缺损以及血液粘稠度、血小板聚集率、D二聚体、血小板膜蛋白颗粒较治疗前均有所改善,但治疗组更优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:破瘀抗栓颗粒可有效地改善急性脑梗死属血瘀证者的血液粘、浓、凝、聚状态,可做为急性脑梗死的重要辅助药物。

Abstract:Purpose:To determine the effect of drug granule of removing blood stasis and anti-thrombus on GMP-140?D-dimer and PagT of patients with the syndrome of blood stasis of acute ceredral infarction. Methods:On the base of routine treatment, 88cases were randomly divided into treatment group(48Cases) treated with drug granule of remeving blood stasis and anti-thrombus and control group (40 cases) treated with no drug, the results showed that compared with the control group, this drug could improve the symptoms (P <0.05) and the index of hemorheology (P <0.05) , decrease the points of neurologic impairment (P <0.05) and the index of GMP-140 (P <0.05)?D-dimer (P < 0.05) and PagT (P <0.05) Conclusion:Drug granule of removing blood stasis and anti-thrombus could improve the cerebral disturbance of circulation and the blood state of glue?thick and aggregation of fhe patients with the syndrome blood stasis of acute cerebral infarctuin, it had the action of anti-aggregation and anti-activation of platelet.
