摘    要:目的:检测诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在顺铂所致豚鼠耳蜗损伤中的表达。方法:实验组豚鼠腹腔注射顺铂造成耳蜗损伤,对照组豚鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水。用免疫组织化学的方法检测iNOS在耳蜗中的表达。结果:iNOS在实验组耳蜗的表达呈阳性,在对照组耳蜗的表达呈阴性。结论:iNOS在顺铂损伤耳蜗中呈阳性表达,iNOS催化产生大量NO而致耳蜗损伤。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the cochlea of guinea pigs damaged by cisplatin.Methods The guinea pigs of experimental group were treated with injection of gentamicin intraperitoneally, and the guinea pigs of the control group were treated with the same dose of saline. The method of immunohistochemistry was used to detect iNOS in the cochlea for both groups.Results The expression of iNOS was positive in the cochlea of guinea pigs of experimental group. and negative in that of control group.Conclusion The expression of iNOS was positive in the cochlea damaged by cisplatin. It suggests that nitric oxide (NO) takes a very important part in the process of cochlea injury with cisplatin.
