祛痹消痛胶囊中牡荆苷的含量测定

目的建立祛痹消痛胶囊中牡荆苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱条件：250mm×4．6mm不锈钢柱，填充剂为十八烷基键合相硅胶（5μm），流动相为乙腈-1％乙酸溶液（15：85）；检测波长为340nm；流速为1．0ml／min；柱温为28℃。结果牡荆苷浓度在8～80μg／ml范围内，与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为y=49656x＋15576，相关系数r=0．9998，回收率为98．42％，RSD为1．15％。结论本法简便准确，专属性强，重现性好，可作为该制剂质量控制方法。

Determination of Vitexin in Qubi Xiaotong Capsules

Objective： To establish the method of determining the vi/exin in Qubi Xiaotong Capsules. Method： Use HPLC, the chromatography condition： 250mm × 4.6mm stainless steel column, the filler was c18 bonded silica （5μm）, the mobile phase was aeetonitrile - 1% acetic acid solution （15： 85） ; the detection wavelength was 340nm; the velocity was 1. 0ml/ min.; the column temperature was 28℃. Results ： If the concentration 3f vitexin is from 8 to 80 μg/ml , it has a good linear relationship with the peak area. The regression equation is y = 49656x ＋ 15576, and the relative coefficient is r = 0. 9998, the recovery is 98.42% , RSD is 1. 15%. Conclusion： This method is simple , accurate, more professional and has good reproducibili- ty, therefore, it can be used as the control method of the preparation quality.
