硫酸镁湿热敷加同步远红外线照射治疗产后乳房胀痛的疗效

目的观察硫酸镁湿热敷协同同步远红外线照射治疗产后乳房胀痛的疗效。方法将128例乳房胀痛的产妇随机分为2组，实验组和对照组，每组各64例，对照组采用温热水湿热敷，每日2次，每次15-20min。实验组采用硫酸镁湿热敷协同同步远红外线照射，每日2次，每次15～20min。观察2组产妇产后第4天乳房硬度及胀痛情况。结果2组产妇产后第4天乳房硬度及胀痛经统计学处理差异有显著意义（p〈0．01）。结论硫酸镁湿热敷协同同步远红外线照射治疗产后乳房胀痛的疗效明显优于传统的温热水湿热敷，而且操作简单，易于掌握，具有良好的推广价值。

The Curative Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Hot-wet Dressing Cooperating with Infrared in the Treatment of Postpartum Breast Engorgement

Objective To investigate the curative effect of magnesium sulfate hot-wet dressing cooperating with infrared in the treatment of Postpartum Breast Engorgement.Methods： 128 parturients who had Breast Engorgement were randomly equally assigned to the control and experiment group.The control group was given the warm water hot-wet dressing for 15-20minutes twice per clay.The experiment group was given the magnesium sulfate hot-wet dressing cooperating with infrared for 15-20 minutes twice per clay.The breast hardness and swelling pain in the two groups were observed on day 4 postpartum.Results：Statistically,the difference between the two groups was significant in the breast hardness and swelling pain on day 4 postpartum （p〈0.01）.Conclusion：The curative effect of magnesium sulfate hot-wet dressing cooperating with infrared is better significantly than warm water Hot-wet dressing in the treatment of postpartum breast engorgement, and the operation was simple and easy,worthy of spreading.
