慢性完全闭塞病变介入治疗技巧

约1/3接受冠状动脉造影检查的患者可发现慢性完全闭塞（CTO）病变。CTO病变行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的意义在于缓解患者心绞痛症状,改善心功能并减少冠状动脉搭桥的需要。熟悉和掌握CTO病变介入治疗技巧对于提高手术成功率、改善患者的远期预后至关重要。现就CTO病变PCI术的基本和高级技巧,包括器械的选择加以综述。

Tricks of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Patients with Chronic Total Occlusions

Coronary chronic total occlusions （ CTO ） are common｜y encountered complex lesions identified in one thirds of all patients referred for coronary angiography. The benefits of CTO pereutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） include symptom relief, improved left ven- tricular function,and decreased need for coronary artery bypass grafting. To improve success rates of the CTO PCI procedures and long-term outcomes of patients with CTO, operators should be familiar with key techniques of CTO PCI. In this review,we focus on the fundamental and advanced techniques of CTO PCl,including choice of devices and the-state-of-the-art techniques.
