垂体后叶素在腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术中的应用

目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术的止血方法及垂体后叶素在术中的作用。方法腹腔镜下对54例输卵管间质部妊娠患者手术，其中28例为A组（垂体后叶素组），行患侧输卵管切除或切开取胚术前在宫角部或病灶周围注射垂体后叶素6u加生理盐水10ml，26例为B组（对照组），不应用垂体后叶素，予局部创面电凝止血或缝合止血。结果54例手术均在腹腔镜下完成。术中出血量：A组小血（40．40±21．62）ml，B组出血（70．88±20．43）ml；手术时间；A组（45．65±15．58）min，B组（88．44±13．61）min。A组出血量明显少于B组（P〈0．05），A组手术时间较B组明屁缩短（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术中应用垂体后叶素止血，是一种有效的止血方法。

Study on the application of pituitrin in laparoscope operation of interstitital pregnancy

Objective To explore the hemostasis in operations of interstitital pregnancy under laparoscope and the application of pituitrin in operation. Methods Operation was performed under laparoscope for 54 cases of interstitital pregnancy, among which 28 cases were in group A（ the pituitrin group） and the other 26 ea- ses were in group B （ control group）. The patients in the group A were injected with 6u pituitrin and 10 ml NaCl of 0.9% concentration in horn of uterus or lesions around before salpingectomy or tubal open admission of em- bryos. Group B used local wound surface electroeoagulation or suture hemostasis instead of pituitrln. Results All the operations for the 54 cases were performed under laparoscope. The amount of bleeding during operation was （40. 40 ±21.62）ml for in group A, （70. 88 ±20. 43）ml in group B. The operation time was （45. 65 ±15.58） minutes in group A, （88.44 ±13.61 ） minutes in group B. The amount of bleeding of group A was significantly less than that of group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the operation time of group A was significantly less than that of group B （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of pituitrin in operations of interstitital pregnancy under laparoscope can be an effective hemostasis.
