系统性红斑狼疮的胸部CT表现

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）胸部CT的表现特征，提高对SLE影像学的认识。方法对经临床体验和实验室检查证实的31例SLE患者进行胸部CT检测，并对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果27例（87.1%）患者可见两侧胸部的CT改变，24例（77.42%）肺部的改变出现在中下部，21例（67.74%）以中后肺部为主。SLE的主要CT表现为毛玻璃征、粟粒状结节、片状、网格状、小蜂窝状改变、肺纹理增粗、纤维条索影、胸膜下线、叶间裂增厚、胸膜下肺大泡、胸膜增厚、胸水及心包积液等。结论SLE的胸部CT表现复杂多变，可利用其判断病情的发展及指导治疗。

Thoracic CT Features of the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective To analysis the thoracic computed tomography(CT) features of the systenfic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods An thoracic CT was conducted in 31 patients who have been proved by the clinical presentation and laboratory tests.The CT findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results There 27 cases(87.1%) ct imagings showed bilateral changes in lungs and pleura.Most changes were shown in the middle or lower zone of the lung(in 24 cases),and 21 cases in posterior zone.The abnormalities were displayed on CT including: ground glass opacities,multi-nodule,patchy or reticulated lesion,microhoneycombing,thickening of bronchovascular bundles,fibrosis,thin-walled cysts in subpleura,pleural or pericardial effusions.Conclusion There are many variable appearances of SLE thoracic CT imaging,and CT examination can provide a method to evaluate its the therapeutic effect and the development.
