古镇镇高血压患者用药依从性调查研究

目的：探讨古镇镇高血压患者的用药依从性情况。方法：对笔者所在医院就诊的460例高血压患者进行调查研究,应用自制的调查问卷表对其进行调查研究,以了解患者的用药依从性情况。结果：经调查,结果显示136例（29.6%）患者有忘记应用药物的情况发生,89例（19.3%）患者会因为其临床表现好转后而停止应用药物。结论：经调查显示笔者所在医院就诊高血压患者用药依从性情况仍有一定问题,需进一步加强药学服务干预以提高患者的用药依从性。

Research of situation in drug compliance of patients with Hypertension in guzhen town

Objective：To explore situation in drug compliance of patients with hypertension in guzhen town.Methods：460 cases of patients with hypertension were researched by self-made survey questionnaire in our hospital to understand the drug compliance. results：the result showed, 136 cases （29.6%）of patients had forgot to take the medicine, 89 cases （19.3%） of patients stopped using drugs when the clinical manifestation improved.Conclusion：the investigation shows that patients with hypertension still have problems about drug compliance in our hospital,it is necessary to strengthen pharmaceutical care intervention to improve compliance.
