剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症临床探析

目的：观察分析剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的临床资料及治疗效果。方法：选择我院2011年1月～2012年2月收治的18例剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者。采用回顾性分析的方法对这18例剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者分析其一般资料,临床症状、治疗及其结果。结果：所有患者行病灶切除术后切口均I期愈合,术后治疗效果比较好,并且在随访6～12个月后没有出现复发的现象。结论：剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发生与内膜的种植有一定关系,严格掌握剖宫产的指征,减少剖宫产率,提高剖宫产术中对切口的保护能够减少发生。
