高龄患者下肢手术的麻醉分析

目的：分析不同麻醉方式在高龄患者下肢手术中的临床应用效果。方法：将于2011年6月～2012年6月在我院行下肢手术的老年患者88例随机分成对照组与观察组各44例,对照组给予连续硬膜外麻醉（CSEA）方式,观察组给予腰硬联合麻醉（CEA）方式,比较两组患者手术过程中辅助用药使用率及麻醉效果。结果：观察组手术过程中辅助用药使用率为18.1%,对照组手术过程中辅助用药使用率为34.1%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义;观察组麻醉效果的优良率为93.2%,对照组麻醉效果的优良率为84.1%,观察组略高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且具有统计学意义。结论：高龄患者下肢手术中应用腰硬联合麻醉具有较高的临床价值,辅助用药使用率低、麻醉效果显著,能够促进手术的顺利完成。

Elderly patients with lower extremity operation anesthesia analysis

Objective：To analysis different methods of anesthesia in elderly patients with lower extremity operation in clinical application. Methods： From 2011 June-2012 year in June my courtyard in lower limb operation in elderly patients 88 eases were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 44 eases in each group, the control group was given continuous epidural anesthesia （CSEA）,the experimental group received combined spinal-epidural anesthesia （CEA）,were compared between the two groups of auxiliary operation medication usage, anesthetic effect. Results： The statistical analysis showed that the observation group operation process auxiliary use rate of 18.1%, compared to the control group in the process of operation assistant drug usage was 34.1%,there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05） with statistical significance; observation group of anaesthetic effect of excellent and good rate was 93.2%, the control group anesthesia effect of the excellent and good rate was 84.1%, the observation group slightly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） with statistical significance.Conclusions： In elderly patients with lower extremity operation in the application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has higher clinical value of adjuvant, low utihzation rate, anesthesia effect is remarkable, can promote the operation completed successfuUy.
