湿法消解—原子荧光光谱法测定商陆中砷和汞的含量

摘    要:目的:建立测定商陆中砷和汞含量的方法。方法:采用湿法消解-原子荧光光谱测定商陆中总砷、总汞的含量。结果:砷在2~20ng/ml之间,汞在2~10ng/ml之间有良好的线性关系,砷:I=61.9200C-7.3370,r=0.9996;汞:I=576.8484C+206.490;r=0.9971。总砷的平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.23%,检出限为0.0680ng/ml。总汞的平均回收率为101.85%,RSD为0.423%,检出限为0.135ng/ml。结论:本方法操作简便、测量准确,可作为中药商陆质量控制的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for simultaneotts arsenic and mercury in Pokeiry Root. Method:The content of arsenic and mercttzy by Digested-Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy.Result:The linear range of As was 2-20ng/ml (r=0.9996). The average recovely was 98.8% with RSD 1.23%.The linear range of Hg was 2-10ng/ml(l=0.9971 ).The average recovery was 101.85% with RSD 0.423%.Under the optimizd conditions,the detectioI1 limit was 0.0680ng/ml and 0.135ng/ml for As and Hg,respectively. Conclusion: The naethods are stable and reliable which can be used in detemination of arsenic and nlercuty in PokebelaT Root.
