我院麻醉药品临床应用分析

目的：了解我院麻醉药品的临床应用情况及用药趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法：对我院2007～2011年麻醉药品应用数据进行统计和分析。结果：我院麻醉药品消耗金额逐年增加,口服吗啡剂型用量2007～2009年居首位,哌替啶注射液呈下降趋势,枸橼酸芬太尼2010年、2011年DDDs排序居首位,主要用于手术麻醉前、中、后的镇静与镇痛。结论：我院麻醉药品用药结构渐趋合理,临床医师对麻醉药品的使用基本合理。

Analysis on Clinical Application of Narcotics in Our Hospital

Objective：To probe into the status quo and tendency of the clinical use of narcotic drugs in our hospital in order to provide reference for scientific management and rational use of narcotic drugs.Methods：The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2011 was analyzed statistically.Results：The consumption sum of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year.The consumption amount of oral morphines took lead in terms of 2007 to2009,while that of pethidine injection assumed a downward trend.Fentanyl citrate injection the period 2010 to 2011took the lead in terms of DDDs,which was used primarily for conscious-sedation and analgesia in pre-and post-anesthesia or during anesthesia.Conclusions：The application structure of narcotic dnigs in our hospital has gradually become reasonabie and clinicians can rationally use narcotic drugs.
