灭多威染毒家兔周围神经功能的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨灭多威染毒家兔周围神经功能的变化,方法:以25mg/kg的灭多威对家兔进行皮肤染毒30min,测定染毒后家兔前肢与后肢运动神经的远端及近端潜伏时,传导速度以及骨骼肌肌电图变化。结果:与对照组及染毒前比较,前后肢运动神经远端,近端潜伏时明显延长,传导速度明显减慢(P<0.05,P<0.01),骨骼肌肌电图出现大量纤颤波和正锐波,结论:来多威染毒家兔周围神经功能有影响。

Abstract:Objective In order to explore the effect of methomyl exposure on peripheral nervous function in rabbits. Methods Disal latent period (DLP) , proximal latent period (PLP) and nervous conducdon velocity (NCV) of the motor nerves and electromyo-gram of skeletal muscles were measured in rabbits exposed to methomyl for 30 min. Results Compared with those in control and pre-ex-posure groups DLP and PLP appeared to be prolonged, NCV and electromyogram of skeletal muscles significantly decreased ( P < 0.05, P < 0.01) , the latter also showed abnormal change. Conclusion It suggested that acute methomyl treatment might damage certain function of peripheral nerve system in rabbits.
