| 摘 要： | 目的分析合肥市2008～2009年境外输入性疟疾流行趋势和特征,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法收集2008～2009年合肥市境外输入性疟疾病例临床及流行病学资料,使用Epi_info和Excel软件进行统计分析。结果合肥市2008～2009年共报告境外输入性疟疾40例,主要为男性,年龄中位数为35.5岁,输入来源均为非洲。2009年疟疾发病到诊断时间较2008年显著缩短,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论合肥市境外输入性疟疾发病呈逐年上升趋势。必须加强境外输入性病例的管理,特别是来自高疟疾流行区人群的管理、监测与病例管理。
