| Abstract: | In consideration of different levels of pathology trainees,individualized teaching was applied to professional ethics education,and teaching of theoretical knowledge and professional skills,developing the awareness of doing research,and self-study.It has improved the teaching quality remarkably and obtained positive comments from the trainees. |
