摘    要:针对病理专科进修生水平参差不齐的现状,因材施教,在职业道德教育、理论知识学习、技能素质培养、科研意识开发和自学能力锻炼等方面实施个性化教学,明显提高了教学质量,得到进修生的肯定和赞许。

Abstract:In consideration of different levels of pathology trainees,individualized teaching was applied to professional ethics education,and teaching of theoretical knowledge and professional skills,developing the awareness of doing research,and self-study.It has improved the teaching quality remarkably and obtained positive comments from the trainees.
