补肾益冲丸治疗肾虚型卵巢早衰患者的临床观察

目的：观察补肾益冲丸对肾虚型卵巢早衰患者的临床疗效。方法：采用随机、阳性药物对照方法，收集病例治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组予以补肾益冲丸中医治疗，对照组采用人工周期替代疗法（HRT）治疗，观测两组治疗前后月经变化、症状评分、血清激素水平（FSH、LH、E2）变化，并观察两组中抗卵巢抗体阳性患者的转阴率。结果：两组患者治疗前后总有效率分别为86．67％和90％，两组比较，无差异（P〉0．05）；症状评分、血清激素水平均有显著性变化（P〈0．05），总积分比较治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；症状总积分治疗组在症状改善方面优于对照组，且两组治疗后治疗组抗卵巢抗体阳性转阴率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：补肾益冲丸对肾虚型卵巢早衰患者的血清激素水平和主要症状均有显著改善作用，在改善患者症状方面比对照组更具优势，疗效稳定，不良反应少。其作用机制可能是改善机体免疫状态，恢复卵巢功能。

Clinical Study of BuShenYiChong Pill on Premature Ovarian Failure of Kidney Deficiency

Method：Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （treated with BuShenYiChong Pill） and the control group （treated with HRT） ; To observe the changes of two groups＇ s menstrual, symptom score and serum hormone levels , And to observe the two groups of anti - ovarian antibodies in patients with negative rate. Result： The total effective rate in the treatment group were 86.67% , while in the control group were 90% ,Comparison between the two groups showed no difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , There are differences in symptom total score, the treatment group improvement in symptoms than the control group, and the two groups after treatment of anti -o- varian antibody treatment group was significantly higher seroconversion rate. Conclusion： BuShenYi- Chong pill is effective in treating premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency with less toxic and side - effect , the mechanism might be improve immune function of body , recovery of ovarian function.
