| Abstract: | Immunoglobulin heavy- and light-chain genes are rearranged in a temporally ordered manner. In this issue, Johnson et al. (2008) show that interferon regulatory factor-4 regulates light-chain gene rearrangement by activating enhancers and attenuating interleukin-7 signaling. |
