解脲脲原体感染对精子质量的影响

目的　研究生殖道解脲脲原体 (UU )感染对精液密度、活率及其形态的影响。　方法　运用培养法对原发不育组 113例、继发不育组 65例、习惯性流产组 41例、对照组 45例的精液标本进行UU感染的检查 ,并运用常规方法检测了其中 81例UU阳性标本和 63例UU阴性标本的精液参数 (精液量、pH值、精子计数、活率、精子前向运动级别和精子畸形率 )。　结果　原发不育组、继发不育组、习惯性流产组、UU阳性率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,UU阳性标本的精子计数、活率及前向运动级别均明显低于UU阴性标本 (P <0 .0 1) ,UU阳性标本的精子畸形率高于UU阴性标本(P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　UU感染可影响精液质量并导致不育

The Influence of Ureaplasm Urealyticum Infection on Sperm Density, Viability and Morphology

Objective To study the influence of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection on semen quality of men. Methods 113 cases in the primary infertile group, 65 cases in the secondary infertile group, 41 cases in the habitual abortion group and 45 cases normal control group. The semen specimens were examined in UU infection by the culture method, the semen parameters of 81 cases with UU infection and 63 cases no UU infection were examined (semen volume, PH, sperm density, viability, forward progression and the percentages of malformed sperm) by conventional method. Result The positive rates of UU were much higher in the primary infertile group, the secondary infertile group and the habitual abortion group than in the control group (P<0.05or<0.01). The sperm density, viability and forward progression were much lower in the semen with UU infection than in the semen without UU infection (P<0.01). The percentages of malformed sperm were higher in the semen with UU infection than that without UU infection (P<0.05). Conclusion UU infection could affect semen quality and result in infertility.
