软骨母细胞瘤影像学表现(附10例报告)

目的:探讨软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析10例经病理证实的软骨母细胞瘤的影像学资料,10例均有X线平片检查,其中7例同时做CT扫描,3例做了MR检查。结果:10例中,8例X线平片显示病灶边缘清晰,可见偏心膨胀性改变,4例病变累及骨骺,4例X线示病灶内有明显的不规则钙化。7例行CT扫描显示病灶边界清晰和斑点、片状钙化。3例MRI检查显示病灶边界清楚,T1WI低信号、T2WI混杂稍高信号。结论:X线检查是软骨母细胞瘤的首选检查方法,CT和MRI是必要的补充检查方法。软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现具有一定的特征性,结合临床病史可以提高该病诊断和鉴别诊断能力。

Imaging features of chondroblastoma (reports of 10 cases)

Objective:To study the imaging feature of chondroblastoma.Methods:10 cases of chondroblastoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were received plain radiograpy, among them, 7 cases were performed by CT scan, 3 cases were performed by MR examination. Results:All of 10 cases, the X-rays showed that lesions were clearly visible edge, eccentric expanding changes in 8 cases, the lesion involved the epiphysis in 4 cases, the X-rays showed there were obvious lesions irregular calcification in 4 cases. CT showed lesions with clear border and dot-flake calcification in 7 cases. MRI showed the lesions had clear border, T1WI showed low signal, T2WI showed slightly mixed signal.Conclusion:The X-ray examination for chondroblastoma is the first choice method, CT and MRI are the supplementary examination methods. The appearances of chondroblastoma have certain characteristics and, combined with clinical history, the capabilities of diagnosis and differential diagnosis for chondroblastoma can be improved.
