老年高血压病患者抗高血压药物应用分析

目的调查我院老年高血压病患者抗高血压药物应用情况，分析其合理性。方法利用我院药房计算机数据库调查并记录2011年4月至2012年4月862例老年高血压病患者的抗高血压药物名称、用法用量、疗程、数量、费用、联合用药情况等资料，统计分析联合用药情况，并通过药物利用指数来评价抗高血压药物应用的合理性。结果我院老年高血压病患者用药有效率为88．3％（761／862），最常用的3类抗高血压药物是钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和利尿剂，用药频度分别为5387、4936和931。用药频度排名前10位的抗高血压药物的药物利用指数均在的合理范围内（0．74—1．05）。联合用药率为52．2％（450／862），其中以二联用药为主38．1％（328／862）]，联合用药基本合理。结论我院老年高血压病患者抗高血压药物的应用基本合理。

Analysis of the application of antihypertensive drug in elderly hypertension patients

Objective To investigate the application of antihypertensive drug in elderly hypertension patients in our hospital and to analyze the rationality. Methods The name of antihypertensive drug, usage and dosage, course, quantity, cost, drug combination of the 862 elderly hypertension patients from April 2011 to April 2012 were investigated and recorded using pharmacy database. The rationality of antihypertensive drug was evaluated by drug utilization index （DUI）. Results The effective rate was 88.3% （761/862）. The most commonly used three types of antihypertensive drug were calcium channel blocker, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI） and diuretics, medicine frequency （ DDDs ） were 5387,4936 and 931. The DUI of antihypertensive drug which ranked the top 10 by DDDs were all in the reasonable range （ 0. 7±1.05 ）. The rate of united using antiotics was 52. 2% （450/862） and two kinds of antibiotics accounted for the main 38. 1% （328/862）]. The united using antiotics was basically rational. Conclusion The use of antihypertensive drug for elderly hypertension patients in our hospital is basically rational.
