| 摘 要： | 目的:促进基层医院制剂质量可管可控。方法:分析制剂生产环节中影响质量的主要因素。结果与结论:建议建立区域化原材料购销中心,多家联合采购制剂包材,控制制剂用水源头,加强基础设施设备的维护,完善软件记录力度,使基层制剂质量可控、整个流程可溯。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To promote quality control of primary hospital preparation. METHODS： Analysis main factors affecting the quality of preparation in production processes. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： It is recommended that the establishment of regional raw material purchase and sale center, joint procurement of preparation package materials, water sources control of agents, strengthening maintenance for basic facilities and tightening record capability of software. So that primary hospital preparation is under quality control and the entire process can be traced back. |
