参附通脉胶囊联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

目的:观察参附通脉胶囊对脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:204例脑梗死患者平均分为3组:A组给予血塞通注射液+参附通脉胶囊联合治疗;B组给予血塞通注射液(40mL加入0.9%NaCl250mL中静脉滴注);C组给予参附通脉胶囊(0.3g×7粒,po,tid)。3周为1个疗程。经R80全自动血液流变仪、EpicsXL-4流式细胞仪作血液流变学及血小板活化各项指标检测,分析疗效。半年后随访复查相关指标。结果:A组痊愈率、总有效率及血小板活化、血液流变学等指标均显著优于B组和C组(P<0.05);7d后B组血小板活化下降程度显著优于C组(P<0.05);21d后的疗效,B、C组之间有较大差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参附通脉胶囊联合血塞通注射液是治疗脑梗死的理想方法之一,参附通脉胶囊尤其适合低收入的脑梗死患者及脑梗死的康复治疗。

Efficacy Observation of Shenfu Tongmai Capsule Combined with Xuesaitong Injection for Cerebral Infarction

OBJECTIVE： To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenfu tongmai capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction. METHODS： 204 patients were equally divided into 3 groups. Group A were given Shenfu tongmai capsule combined with Xuesaitong injection. Group B were treated with 40 mL Xuesaitong injection added into 250 mL 0.9%NaC1 （i.v. gtt）. Group C were orally administered Shenfu tongmai capsule （0.3 g×7, t.i.d）. One treatment course lasted for 3 weeks. Blood rheology and platelet activation markers were detected by L-G-R80A fully automatic blood rheology analysis instrument and Epics XL-4 flow cytometry to analyze the clinical efficacy. All markers were redetected after half year. RESULTS： Group A was better than group B and C in the respect of overall cure rate, total effective rates, platelet activation markers and blood rheology （P〈0.05）. The descent of platelet activation markers in group B was significantly superior to group C after 7 days （P〈0.05）. Clinical efficacy in group B was different from in group C after 21 days with no statistical signiftcance（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： Shenfu tongmai capsule combined with Xuesaitong injection might be one of optimal way in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Shenfu tongmai capsule especially suits the lower-income patients with cerebral infarction and rehabilitation.
