痰热清与清开灵辅助治疗重症肺炎的疗效观察

目的:观察痰热清注射液和清开灵注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎的疗效。方法:将重症肺炎患者68例随机分成痰热清组和清开灵组。在常规抗生素治疗基础上,痰热清组患者辅以痰热清注射液40mL,加入5%葡萄糖注射液500mL中静脉滴注,每天1次;清开灵组患者辅以清开灵注射液40mL,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,每天1次。观察对比2组患者死亡率、平均住院日和治疗过程中体温、白细胞计数、氧合指数及CPIS评分情况。结果:2组患者的死亡率无差别(P>0.05),但痰热清组患者体温于第5治疗日,白细胞计数于第3治疗日较清开灵组有显著的下降(P<0.05);氧合指数以及肺部感染评分的改善在第7治疗日也显著优于清开灵组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液对于重症肺炎的辅助治疗,效果较清开灵注射液显著,可显著减轻病情,缩短病程。

Comparative Analysis of Efficacy between Tanreqing and Qingkailing in Assisted Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

OBJECTIVE： To compare the efficacy between Tanreqing injection and Qingkailing injection in assisted treatment of severe pneumonia. METHODS： 68 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into Tanreqing group and Qingkailing group. Tanreqing group received Tanreqing injection 40 mL and 5% glucose injection 500 mL q.d via i.v. Qingkailing group received Qingkailing injection 40 mL and 5% glucose injection 250 mL q.d via i.v. Two groups were both given conventional antibiotic treatment. The mortality, average length of hospitalization, body temperature, WBC, oxygenation index （PaO2/FiO2）and CPIS score in course of two groups were analyzed and compared. RESULTS： There was no difference in mortality of two groups （P〉0.05）. As compared with Qingkailing group, the body temperature at the 5th day of treatment and WBC at the 3rd day of treatment were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. The oxygenation index and pulmonary infection score at the 7th day of tratment in Tanreqing group were better than in Qingkailing group significantly（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION： Tanreqing injection is better than Qingkailing injection in assisted treatment of severe pneumonia by relief disease and shortening the course. It is worth spreading in the clinical practice.
