细穗兔儿风的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究细穗兔儿风的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱及重结晶的方法对细穗兔儿风干燥全草的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定以及波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:共分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为木栓酮(1)、表木栓醇(2)、蒲公英赛醇(3)、蒲公英赛醇乙酯(4)、还阳参属苷E(5)、4,4′-二丁氧基联二笨(6)、棕榈酸(7)、正二十烷醇(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物3、4、5、6为首次从该属中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of Ainsliaea spicata. METHODS:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were identified using physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as friedelin (1),epifriedelanol (2),taraxerol (3),taraxeryl acetate (4),crepiside E (5),4,4'-dibutanoxy biphenyl (6),palmitic acid (7),eicosanol (8),β-sitosterol (9),daucosterol (10). CONCLUSION:All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 3,4,5,6 are isolated from Ainsliaea for the first time.
