医院降压药物临床应用情况分析

目的分析总结我院2009--2011年临床一线降压药物的使用情况。方法对2009--2011年间我院药房记录的一线降压药物的使用情况进行分类归纳总结，采用限定日剂量（DDD）方法，统计3年中常用降压药物的用药频度（DDDs）、消耗金额、限定日费用（DDC）、序号比等。结果2009--2011年3年间，本院常用降压药中钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、B受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂的DDDs一直位于前4位，分别为88209、59771、40661、31353。其中以钙离子拮抗剂的DDDs最高，且金额序号也排在第1位，序号比值为1，且购药金额序号与DDDs的同步性最好，B受体阻滞剂DDC为1．0最低。结论2009--2011年，我院常用的几类降压药物中，大多数的药物同步性比较好，而以钙离子拮抗剂的比值最好。

Analysis of clinical application of first-line antihypertensive drugs

Objective To analyze of the use of hospital first-line antihypertensive drugs and to summary the use of antihypertensive drugs. Methods The defined daily dose （DDD） was taken; the medication frequency （DDDs） of antihypertensive drugs, defined daily cost （DDC） and other indicators were studied. Results In our hospital, the top four DDDs of antihypertersive drugs were calcium antagonists, angiotensin conversing enzyme inhibitors, 13 receptor blockers, anotension II receptor antagonist were 88 209, 59 771, 40 661, 31 353, respectively. The DDDs of the calcium antagonist was the highest; DDDs was 88 209, showing a nice synchronization between purchase cost and DDDs.β-receptor antagonists had a minimum DDC with 1.0. Conclusion Most drugs have a good synchronization in the commonly used antihypertensive drugs; calcium antagonist is best.
