| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of reserpine in Reserpine injection. METHODS： The determination was performed on Venusil XBP-C18 column with column temperature at 28 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （52：48, pH value of （3±0.2）） with flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 268 nm and sample Size was 10 μL. RESULTS： The linear range of reserpine was 4-16 μg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 1） with average recovery of 99.69% （RSD=0.98%, n=9）. CONCLUSION： The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible for content determination of Reserpine injection. |
