摘    要:目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法同时测定香薷中游离黄酮化合物含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为ZorbaxSB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(45∶55),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素、山柰酚、木犀草素、芹菜素的进样量分别在(5.5~19.3)×10-2、(4.6~16.1)×10-2、(12.6~43.9)×10-2、(6.0~21.1)×10-2μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r均为0.9999);槲皮素与山柰酚的平均回收率分别为98.6%、104.3%,RSD分别为3.73%、4.72%(n=9)。结论:本法简便可行、重复性好、数据及结果可靠,可用于香薷药材的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of flavones in M. chinensis by RP-HPLC. METHODS:The separation was performed on Zorbax SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of menthol-0.2% phosphonic acid (45 ∶ 55). Column temperature was 30℃; detection wavelength was 360 nm and flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS:The linear ranges of quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin and apigenin were (5.5~19.3)×10-2 μg,(12.6~43.9)×10-2 μg,(4.6~16.1)×10-2 μg and (6.0~21.1)×10-2 μg(r=0.999 9). Average recoveries of quercetin and kaempferol were 98.6% and 104.3% and RSD were 3.73% and 4.72%,respectively (n=9). CONCLUSION:The method is simple,applicable,reliable and reproducible for the quality control of M. chinensis.
