目的:探讨静脉药物配置中心与临床科室之间沟通存在的问题及解决方法,为如何进行有效沟通提供参考。方法:从静脉药物配置中心与临床科室共同的服务目标、沟通存在的问题及解决方法3个方面,探讨有效沟通的重要性以及如何与临床科室进行有效沟通。结果与结论:只有长期不断加强静脉药物配置中心与临床科室的交流与有效沟通,才能更好地为患者服务,最终贯彻"以患者为中心"的医疗理念。

Views on Effective Communication between PIVAS and Clinical Departments

OBJECTIVE： To explore the problems and solutions of the communication between PIVAS and clinical departments in order to provide reference for effective communication. METHODS： The importance and means of effective communication were explored in respect of mutual goal, problems of communication and countermeasures. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Only the effective communication between PIVAS and clinical department are strengthened continuously, can satisfactory service be supplied for patients. The medical conception of ＂patient-centered＂ can be implemented.
