| 摘 要： | 1986-1987两年来,我们从海南岛的洛南、西榕地区水牛身上捕捉的微小牛蜱(Boo-philus mieroplus),分为21组接种豚鼠,其中4组分离出立克次体,总阳性率为19.04％。该立克次体经鉴定是属于Q热立克次体。提示微小牛蜱是海南Q热宿主之一。

| Abstract: | Some Boophilus Microplus from cattle were caught in Lon- an and Xirong, Hainan Province in 1986 and 1987. The Boophilus Microplus were divided into 21 groups and inoculated on guinea pigs. Ric- kettsia were isolated in 4 groups. Positive rate of Rickettsia isolation is 19.04%. It was proved to be Q Rickettsia by animal test and general method of serological identification. This result shows that Boophilus microplus is one of the hosts of Q Rickettsia in Hainan Province. |
